Every stay in Lithuania, from one night to one year
Namu is a rental marketplace built in Vilnius. A weekend cabin and a twelve-month furnished flat live in the same search, the same calendar, the same messages. Hosts set their own prices and rules, guests pay them directly — and we take no commission on any booking.

What sets us apart
Why Namu, and not yet another platform?
0% commission on bookings
We take no cut of what you book or earn, and guests pay no service fees. Hosts pay one flat fee for listing visibility — from €9 a month — and that is the entire business model.
Money goes straight to the host
We never hold booking money. Guests pay the host directly — cash on arrival, bank transfer, or the host's own online payment account — and every payment is recorded on the reservation for both sides.
One night or one year
A weekend by the lake and a flat until next summer live side by side in the same search, and longer stays can be split into monthly payments. Two markets, one set of tools.
Verification and real reviews
Every host confirms an email and phone number, and can add a staff-reviewed identity check that shows as a badge. Reviews come only from completed stays — and both sides rate each other.
Our story
Built in Vilnius, for both ends of the rental market
Renting in Lithuania has always meant searching in two places. Short stays live on global booking sites that take a commission on every night; long rentals live on classified boards with no calendar, no payment record and no realistic way to book from abroad. Whoever needs three months has to search both — and a host with one cottage has to manage both.
We built Namu so that one search covers the whole range. The same listing can take a Saturday night in June and a ten-month lease from September — and the calendar, messages, payments and reviews work the same way for both.
Hosts publish their own places, set their own prices and rules, and talk to guests directly. They pay a flat fee to keep a listing visible — from €9 to €15 a month — and we take nothing from the booking itself.
We don't take a share of your booking, so we have no reason to stand between you and your host.
How it works
How a booking works, on both sides
For guests
Search the way you plan
Search exact dates or several date ranges at once, when any free weekend would do. Filter by place, price and amenities, or draw your area straight on the map — with dates set, every price you see is the real total for those dates.
Book at the price you see
Send a booking request: your dates are held while the host confirms, and the quoted price is honoured. A message thread with your host opens the moment you book.
Pay the host, not us
Pay the way your host accepts — cash on arrival, bank transfer, or their own online payment account. Longer stays can be split into monthly payments, and every payment lands on your reservation.
For hosts
Prepare your listing for free
A step-by-step wizard walks you through photos, amenities, house rules and prices, saving your progress as you go. You pay nothing until you decide to publish.
Set your own prices and rules
Seasonal, weekday and single-date prices; minimum stays and check-in days. Keep availability in sync with other platforms over iCal, and record offline bookings on the same calendar.
Get paid directly
Guests pay you by the methods you choose — we never hold your money and take no commission. Your only cost is the flat listing fee, from €9 a month.
