The kept share is calculated on at most 30 nights of rent; the deposit and any cleaning or pet fee are refunded in full when you cancel before check-in. Cancelling within 24 hours of the payment request is free when check-in is at least 7 days away.

Stays of 28+ nights: after moving in you can end the stay early by giving at least 7 days' notice; the nights until your move-out date and the policy's penalty (at most one month of rent) are charged.
